Chef Nancy‘s personal chef service will provide a memorable meal (or meals) for your group, family or gathering at Toccoa Rocks. The meals are prepared in your cabin (prior to your arrival or as you spend the day as you wish); labeled and refrigerated. Detailed cooking instructions are simple to follow.  Her menu reflects foods that most of us grew up with: soulful, satisfying, simply good, wholesome and fresh. Chef Nancy uses her culinary skills comfortably to provide family style meals for two or fifty.  Still an active R.N., Nancy has worked with clients to meet specific dietary guidelines, including vegetarian, gluten free, diabetic, and cardiac diets. Menu Details

  • Meals are prepared family style, partially baked, then chilled for easy, gentle reheating.

 

  • PLEASE note any food allergies or conditions that may impact the preparation; e.g. no salt, lactose intolerant, gluten challenged, etc.
  • Directions for reheating are menu specific and easy to follow.
  • The minimum order for each meal is four guests. A $10.00 surcharge applies if a meal is ordered for 3 or fewer guests.  For example, Chicken Marsala for two would be:  $31.90+ $10.00 = $41.90.
  • Chef Nancy can provide tea or other beverages if prearranged; a shopping fee applies.
